In the past, bristle brushes made from pig bristle were used in bakeries. Then the silicone bristles came on the market. As they did not comply with the hygienic rules, FalconBrush developed the glazing brush from polyester. The super soft bristles of polyester are suitable for direct contact with food, they do not damage the dough when applying eggs, oil, butter, etc.
